Richard has been actively involved in investment property since 2005 and has a wealth of experience in the sector. Throughout his property journey Richard has a hands on approach to property and is actively involved in the day to day running of the Dynamic Property Group. Aside from this Richard is a father, a property investor and a practicing property auctioneer. In his spare time he has a young family living in Durham and enjoys travel and hobbies such as scuba diving and golf.

Wayne has been an integral part of The Dynamic Property Group for over 20 years. He is a portfolio landlord in his own right and as a company Director is in charge of the implementation of strategy and ensuring first class service is offered through our dedicated teams or property professionals. In his spare time Wayne likes to spend time with his family, is a long suffering Newcastle United fan and also lives in the Durham area.

Mike is a seasoned property professional with extensive experience in both the UK and foreign property markets. Mike has spent many years working in Europe and South East Asia with some of the most innovative and successful construction and property sales companies. Combining this experience with Mike’s years of dealing with the North East England property market, provides the basis of offering the very best service possible to all of Dynamics clients.
Born and schooled in Durham City, Mike has always maintained close links to the North East of England. When work commitments allow, Mike enjoys extensive foreign travel and follows all types of Motor sport.

Neil is a longstanding member of the Dynamic Team and has a great wealth of experience in organising maintenance of both residential and commercial property.

Steph Puckering joined the Dynamic team back in 2022. Known for her hands-on approach and excellent problem-solving skills, she oversees all aspects of property maintenance—from routine inspections to urgent repairs—ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency. Steph works closely with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople to deliver timely, cost-effective solutions that protect the long-term value of each property.

Her dedication and proactive communication make her a key figure in Dynamic’s operations, trusted by clients and colleagues alike. In her spare time Steph enjoys travelling, long walks and socialising with friends on the weekends.

Sarah Graham is a dedicated Property Manager at Dynamic Property Group, where she plays a key role in coordinating property viewings and conducting thorough inspections. With a friendly and professional approach, Sarah ensures that prospective tenants and landlords alike receive exceptional service throughout the letting process.

Her strong organizational skills and attention to detail help maintain high standards across the portfolio, while her approachable manner puts clients at ease during viewings and evaluations.

Outside of work, Sarah is a devoted family person who enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones—balancing a busy professional life with a warm, personal touch.
